2. Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to your shopping cart and completing the payment via an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms of delivery and service.

An order confirmation showing the ordered products and prices will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment Service Provider
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

For complaints regarding payments, please first contact the product supplier.

When paying via Shopify Payments, the following payment methods are accepted:

Digital Wallets:

4. Payment Methods

You can pay with multiple different payment methods, for example: 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

5. Delivery

For digital products, a download link will be sent to your email immediately after the order is completed. The product must be downloaded and saved to your device, as the download link has a limited number of uses.

If you encounter technical issues or cannot access your product, please contact us at: info@hupikauppa.fi.

For physical products (if any), delivery will occur within 1–4 business days after payment. Customers must report non-receipt within 14 days of purchase.

The shipping cost for customer returns (if applicable) is €6.90.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

Digital products are not eligible for return or cancellation once access or download has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Products sold by Hupikauppa do not include a satisfaction guarantee. You can read more about the right of withdrawal in section 6.

8. Return Policy

For physical products (if sold), customers have a 14-day right to return or exchange unused and resalable products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received at our warehouse. To return a product, contact info@hupikauppa.fi.

Include the following information with your return:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Copy of the order confirmation

9. Liability and Complaints

For complaints, please contact customer service at info@hupikauppa.fi within 14 days of purchase.

10. Other Terms

10.1. Hupikauppa is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
10.2. Any disputes regarding agreements between the customer and Hupikauppa are governed by Finnish law.
