2. Ordering

Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to your shopping cart and completing the payment via an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms of delivery and service.

An order confirmation showing the ordered products and prices will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payment Service Provider
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.

For complaints regarding payments, please first contact the product supplier.

When paying via Shopify Payments, the following payment methods are accepted:

4. Payment Methods

You can pay with multiple different payment methods, for example: 

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

5. Delivery

For digital products, a download link will be sent to your email immediately after the order is completed. The product must be downloaded and saved to your device, as the download link has a limited number of uses.

If you encounter technical issues or cannot access your product, please contact us at: info@hupikauppa.fi.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer within 2–7 business days of payment. Delivery time depends on the destination country and chosen shipping method, and is generally 5–10 business days within Europe.

Please note that some products are made individually to order, which may affect delivery times, especially during peak seasons.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

If a customer does not receive their product, they must notify us without delay, and no later than 14 days after the expected delivery.

If an order contains multiple products, it may be delivered in more than one shipment.

Digital products are delivered immediately after the order is placed. By ordering a digital product and accepting these terms, you consent to delivery beginning immediately.

Shipping is free on all orders.

The return shipping fee is €6.90.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel their order or return a product within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel an order, please contact us.

Digital products are not eligible for return or cancellation once access or download has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Products sold by Hupikauppa do not include a satisfaction guarantee. You can read more about the right of withdrawal in section 6.

8. Return Policy

If a product has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Attach a photo of the product so we can assess the situation.

For approved claims, we will primarily offer a replacement product or, alternatively, a refund. If the defect or damage cannot be verified based on the information provided, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

If you are not satisfied with the product due to sizing or other personal preference, you are welcome to contact us. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund.

In physical returns, product must be unused, and in resalable condition. We will refund to the original payment method once the product has arrived at our warehouse. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@hupikauppa.fi. The return shipping fee is €6.90.

The right of return does not apply to digital products.

9. Liability and Complaints

For complaints, please contact customer service at info@hupikauppa.fi within 14 days of purchase.

10. Other Terms

10.1. Hupikauppa is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
10.2. Any disputes regarding agreements between the customer and Hupikauppa are governed by Finnish law.
